installation Error

I have been using  AccoutRight 19.10 Plus, on my PC and suddenly my accounts would not open I downloded 19.10 Plus but when I started it again I got the message "Instalation Error" I cleaned up and reinstalled it, but the same problem. Can someone help me?

    Is it an "Initialisation" error? If so, do some web searches as there are solutions to this. It sounds like it's to do with Windows updates, rather than MYOB as v19 is old software that is not supported anymore. If you can't work out a solution, then contact FGH Tables (third party provider) to see if they can assist you. They are used by several of us on the Forum to assist when MYOB can't.

    There are several reasons why an installation might fail. It could be due to issues with the installer itself or the computer you're using. I recommend getting help from an IT specialist to identify any problems with the computer.
