Electronic Payments Register
The Electronic Payments Register report cannot downloaded to Excel and has been like this for some time.

Hi Steven,
The Electronic Payments Register does not generate an Excel export file.
- Reports> banking> cheques & deposits>
- Run Electronic Payments Register
- Report correctly displays on screen.
- Select Export> Excel.
- Nothing happens !!
NOTE
MYOB lets me export to PDF, but not Excel. Our Accounts Manager is also a MYOB user and has the same problem. We are both using Excel 365.
I have been using MYOB for well over 2 years and have not had issues with exporting to Excel anywhere else in MYOB.

Thank you for confirming the process.
We have identified that the Electronic Payment Register report will not send to Excel as expected for some users. I have passed on to our team that you are impacted by this situation, however, we don't have a timeframe for resolution.
In the meantime, using a different method of export such as PDF or TSV would be recommended. We have had some reports that using the Export to Excel option directly on the Index to Reports has worked as expected but doesn't appear to be consistent across the board for all users.
