Hi echokim,
Looking at our MYOB Superfund list, that ABN is appearing for two superfunds however the USI number you've mentioned is listed for CFS FIRSTCHOICE EMPLOYER SUPER-EMPLOYER SUPERANNUATION FUND. I'd recommend getting the employee to double check their superfund details. Once confirmed I'm happy to assist further.

Employee has confirmed. Colonial have confirmed.
I have had several employees affected - and the Colonial WHOLESALE ones are all OK now. Just this one lad left who is in EMPLOYER. USI is confirmed both by him and Colonial

Hello Melisa. This still will not work.
I have confirmed everything - can you please assist further, as his December quarter super is still unpaid.
Directors are concerned about this- as you can imagine.

Hi echokim,
Apologies for missing your post. Can you please create a new superfund card for this super fund by going to lists > superannuation funds (you may need to rename the old fund card so that you can save the new one), once created please reassign the employee to the new fund card and try it again to process the payment.
