It’s been another big week on the Community Forum. We have welcomed another 600 new members in the past seven days and over 1300 new posts have been made.
Our AccountRight and AccountEdge payroll board again had the most activity over the past week, with 90 per cent of questions posted receiving a response. The average response time before a reply was posted was 17 hours, although many posts received helpful responses in less than an hour or two.
For those who didn’t see my update last week, work continues on redeveloping the Community Forum. I’m really looking forward to unveiling some of the exciting new changes soon. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can make business life easier for you.
Special thanks to our top contributors this week for assisting on so many questions. Our top five contributors were Tazter, Clive, GDK, easybusiness and Ray-Man. Our internal Social Support team also provided assistance on the forum on over 160 occasions in the past week, as well as their work answering queries on Twitter, Facebook, LiveChat and email. Meanwhile, our telephone-based team members answered over 7000 calls in the past week.

We also encourage you to use the “Accept as Solution” button so that other people can benefit from the help you received. Our upcoming redevelopment will make Accepted Solutions much more prominent across the forum.
