Hi all,

Hope you have had a great week.

It’s been another big week on the MYOB Community Forum, with 400 new members and over 1000 posts, including over 250 from MYOB staff.

I’m sure that while browsing the forum and submitting posts you have all come across many other forum users generously providing their time and expertise to help make business life easier for others. When you see a really helpful post, I would encourage you all to take just a second to award that person Kudos by clicking on the star icon under their name.

Kudos is a rating system that lets users vote for the messages they think are useful or important. When users give Kudos to a message, they are offering a thumbs-up for good content and a pat on the back to its author. Kudos helps to boost the value of messages and enhances the reputation of their authors.

You might also have noticed that users with the most Kudos points appear on Top Contributor leaderboards across the Community Forum. These leaderboards provide an opportunity to recognise and reward users for their contribution to the forum, and can be an important tool for experts to promote their businesses. This week the contributors receiving the most Kudos points were sprout, Clive, JaneB, rusty192, Rael. Special mention also to Clive, JenPerram and Ray-Man who posted multiple Accepted Solutions. As I mentioned last week, our upcoming forum redevelopment will make Accepted Solutions much more prominent across the forum.

Work on our exciting redevelopment is progressing extremely well and we are getting close to launch. To give you a glimpse of what you can expect, I’ve attached a screenshot below. I’ll be keen to hear what you think. Please also feel free to provide feedback any time on how we can make business life easier for you.

Love your work,
