  • Hi, paulusjerry26

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

The message 'Timelapse Accounting Link is currently turned off' is a preference in the Classic software. You can go to Setup > Preferences > System Tab. Regarding the second error message which is 'Initialisation Error', this can be corrected by following the steps provided below:

    • Open the System Properties control panel applet (fastest method is right click Start > Run > type 'sysdm.cpl')
    • Go to the Advanced tab and click on Settings... under Performance.
    • Go to the Data Execution Prevention tab, click Add... and navigate to "Myobp.exe" wherever you installed AccountRight (my install is AccountRight Premier v19, so your executable file may have a different name).
    • Click OK, and watch in amazement as AccountRight can now open MYO files with ease.

Feel free to post again anytime you require further assistance.

If my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users in finding this information.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
