InvalidFingerprint (100014)

I have just uploaded my company file online and an error message of InvalidFingerprint (100014) came up and I was unable to log into my file. 

 

I know this error has been mentioned before but it doesn't show what I need to do to fix it.

 

Can anyone help?

    Hi avoutt

     

    I've taken care of that for you! Your company file should be all set now. Please try logging in again, and you should be good to go. You will be prompted to Activate upon re-opening the online file (This is to 'Confirm' the company file though it reads 'Activate' on the screen).  You just have to choose Activate online option > click Next to proceed. File should be fixed now. If you run into any other snags, just let me know—I'm here to help untangle things for you!

    • We have a read only version of MYOB and can no longer access it.  Not sure if this is because of the new version of MYOB that came out last week.  When I click on "View error details" it says invalid fingerprint.  How do I fix this so we can view the file?
