We had a lot of help from Darryl in the beginning. Now most of my tickets are dealt by with Michael and Dan.
I just find getting direct contact with anyone from Tall Emu nearly impossible.

We email statements out of MYOB and now have to do more double checks due to $0.01 invoice discrepancies, duplicated invoices and missing customer email addresses.
