API timeout and exceptions

our app is getting 504 gateway timeouts and general exceptions and cannot connect to the api. Nothing has changed from our end it was working just fine this morning.

 

Are there any problems with myob api?

  • MYOB confirmed to me the outtage and it has been resolved at/near 18:30 pm AEST on 06/07/2023.

     

    Access should be up and running for everyone.

     

    Anyone with issues remaining should post on this forum to advise MYOB.

     

     

     

  • I am also getting a 504 'Network error communicating with endpoint' error for any endpoint I have tried to access. Started in the last hour or so.

      yes same here, timing out in the last 2 hours

  • Same issue for 2 of our apps.

      Also, have the same issue with several of our in-house apps which started about 1.20pm WST.

    Yep seems to be pretty wide spread. Lucky its 5pm!
