Thanks for reaching out. In order for the developer tab to display in your my.MYOB account, you will need to make sure that you have the correct account displayed in the drop down menu that apprears in the top right hand corner of the my.myob website once you have signed in.
If after changing the account there, you still don't see the developer tab. Then please log a ticket with that API Support Team. You can do this by clicking on this link here.
