You're on to it for sure, I have been told internally that this is related to authorisation and they are aware. The team are definitely working on this and you should be able to keep updated via the support tickets you have raised through the developer site.

Hi MikeG1 , my understanding is that the only way to contact API support team is (as a developer) on Submit a request – Support for the MYOB family of SME product APIs. The form requests information to identify developers and their app.

Thank you, I did submit the ticket yesterday.
MYOB phone support gave me the developer@myob.com email, I did send one to them and received a reply saying that email was no longer supported and to submit a ticket.
