Hi,
I see your issue is the same as online fashion shop where online customers choose product variants with diferrent size and colour on wordpress woocommerce, then it will come to myob as an order of items.
What I recommend you setup WooCommerce products following product-variant structure. For example:
SHIRTA
Variant Size S - Pink
Variant Size M- Pink
Variant Size L- Pink
Then in MYOB, you setup Item as all variants of WooCommerce as folows:
MYOB Items:
SHIRTA-S-Pink
SHIRTA-M-Pink
SHIRTA-L-Pink
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Dung
Yeah this is how I have done it but I am using a platform called WBSYNC which checks for changes in MYOB such as price, description, name etc and then feeds it through to the products on the site based on the SKU in this case it wouldn't match as my main product wouldn't be a match. I am also running more than one site using the same products so for each change I would have to then go to each site and make the change on any variant product which is my entire product base. This seems like it would be a common issue for users. Is there any other solutions to this problem?
