Hi Spruceitsa,
Sometimes, bank feeds can pull in transactions that are generated by third parties or service providers. It's possible that the transaction came through from a related account or service wihtout a direct connection to AGL.
It's also worth checking if the transaction was manually entered in MYOB and coded to AGL by mistake.
If none of these identify the issue, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. Our support team can double check this transaction and resolve the issue.
