MYOB Cashbooks

MYOB Cashbooks is not working correctly, unable to accesss settings/ chart of accounts, system times out and Split Income is not saving.  Do you know of any issues with the system as MYOB Status page is showing all is normal.

    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query.

     

    To my knowledge, we weren't aware of any widespread issues with our Cashbook products around the time of your post or at the time of this post.

      Thank you for responding. After being handed around by phone with MYOB to different departments, then getting asked to send the same information in that was already forwarded. I just gave up. 

      MYOB cashbooks normally is just the bank feed and when that does not balance each month due to MYOB error, I just checked each transaction off and kept working. I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours.
