Advisory Report - Executive Summary and Accounts Receivable pages not generating

I am trying to generate an Advisory report for a particualr clinet ( the first time for this client).    I have completed all the Accounts Mapping but when I generate the Report the Executive Summa...

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. Have you been able to resolve this issue? If you have not, are you able to please take a screen shot of the error message for me to investigate further?

Hi

Was there any resolution for this? - I have found the same issue for My September 2020 Advisory Report "Something went wrong when generating this report." comes up when I hover mouse over greyed out section.
