Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delayed response.
If the file is activated (license enabled with a serial number), I would recommend sending us the serial number so that we can cancel the incorrect file. This will allow you to create a new file.

FYI - welcome back in 2024
For our students using MYOB Business - it is one file per company.
You can either update your business information in the buisness settings and continue to work in the file. If you have processed more data and want to start again - you need to start another student trial file using the links provided by your institution/educator.
