Bill record

I am trying to enter a bill and have filled in the feilds. When I click on record it times out and asks to try again or close. When you try again it thinks about it for some time but the message comes up again.

If you click on the close button it shuts myob down so you have to restart again.

    Hi JimCarroll,

     

    It seems like recording the bill causes the error message and persists to do so after restarting. I recommend clearing your cache and try recording the transaction again. If the same timeout error persists to appear, you may need to connect with support via live chat by going through the virtual assistant MOCA.
