Sales: In Tray - attach documents
I have seen the in tray for purchases and ask if there are any plans to add an in tray to the sales invoice side. It would be very helpful to us as a solar installation company to store all compliance and design pdfs with the installation sale record, so that over time we when we re-visit the sale record we can find all of that in one place. Hi, one of the more annoying features that I find is when MYOB wants to persistently warn me when I make a Spend Money entry that perhaps I should be using Purchases for this entry when this is not so. This annoying little warning holds me up every time. When viewing invoices in the intray, particularly multiple invoices from the same supplier, the thumbnails are useless. Having the file name visible would make much more snese. Hi There, I would like to use the in-tray for expenses and bills and invoices however if we were to change from MYOB to another inventory/accounts system I wouldn't be able to transfer this information across it would be lost. I hope you are implementing this already but it would seem to be a massive oversight to not be able to add notes to In-tray documents within Accountright Live. A book-keeper often needs to be notified of accounts applicable to receipts on purchases. Some receipts which might have complications such as tax variations would also need a note to be helpful. What if we wished to separate R&D expenses from cost of goods sold? A note might help clarify for a bookkeeper as he/she enters the data. Also, why hasn't the iPhone app been setup to photograph receipts directly into the in-tray yet and allow for a similar note to be added? This would appear to be particularly useful. can you please add the option to add an invoice when entering a journal entry. Please add in the ability for a manager to authorise purchase orders electronically. This would have to be added into the settings of the particular user. The In Tray function is great! Wondering if it would it be possible to have our MYOB subscription invoices sent there directly or to at least have the option for that to happen? Hi I like the new In Tray feature, and the ability to create new bills from imported documents. However, most of my regular bills - electricity, telephone etc - are already set up as recurring transactions. I want to use the recurring transaction, as it has the narratives and account numbers already populated - at the moment this means I cannot create the bill from the In Tray (and have to just link the electronic copy of the invoice to the transaction after it has been created). It would be great if a recurring transaction could be created from the In Tray - so the invoice date, invoice number and amount are picked up from the imported document, and the account number and narrative are taken from the recurring transaction. thanks "Create new recurring transaction from In Tray"8KViews47likes12Comments
