MYOB Teams not transferring activities, jobs & customers entered in the timesheet
When an employee enters a timesheet in the app with an activity, job & customer selected and it is approved when it appears in MYOB time billing the activity, job & customer do not come across. All other data does. How do we fix this?Myob teams issue
Help! I have set up myobteams exactly as the instructions (and previously set up perfectly for another business) but I can not get the app to show breaks. We are set for timesheet not clock in/out. All that can be entered is start and finish times but I need staff to be able to show break times as being deducted from gross hours worked. We have employee's that take unpaid leave. There is nothing in Myob Teams that the employee can select to advise that they have taken unpaid leave. There needs to be a fix implemented for this. Only way around this is for the employee to email the payroll person but can get tricky when you are a remote payroll person. Something inbuilt to the app would be handy.MYOB team - employee
I have tried to create myself in Team but have not received an invite, and am wondering if it is because I log into the file under Administrator. On my card file as employee I have a personal email address, My Administration login is under a work email. I am the one who can authorise the timesheets so have put myself to authorise, but cannot authorise timesheets. Have downloaded the app and am unable to login with that either. How can I delete myself / employee and start again? For the future - How do you deal with employees changing email addresses? Is it automatically picked up??
