Recurring Transactions: Bulk delete
Hi All, I found this topicin the MYOB Forum archives, and was greatly saddened. We use recurring transactions to quickly duplicate quotes/invoices/Bills etc. (since there is no other built-in way of doing this - PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG) and therefore our 'recurring transaction' list just grows and grows, and it becomes a pain to find the correct one since it is swamped by a long list of recurring transcations that we'll never need again. We try to clean up this list every now and again, but it's an immense pain to delete them one by one. Please implement a way to bulk delete these recurring transactions so we can clean up this list without dedicating a whole afternoon to clicking "delete" over and over. Recurring Transactions: Alert all/multiple users
Presently, Reminder alerts are linked to a specific user ID - if that user is no in, the dates can pass without invoices being sent. Recurring Transactions: Automatically email invoices
How difficult would it be to have automated recurring invoices emailed to clients on a set day of the month for example if I have an standard invoice for a set service fee say $200.00 per month for client XYZ I should be able to set the invoice to be automatically emailed to that client on the 1st of every month, or whatever date I set. I should be able to set this up for every client I have on a standard monthly fee. This could also assist clubs where membership fees are the same every month they could automatically email the renewal invoice to their members. Recurring Transactions: Take latest Item pricing, not originally setup price
When using recurring sales, the item price remains as saved and does not change when the actual price may fluctuate up or down. This is potentially costly in either lost sales or lost profit. In Tray: Ability to match to a Recurring transaction
Hi I like the new In Tray feature, and the ability to create new bills from imported documents. However, most of my regular bills - electricity, telephone etc - are already set up as recurring transactions. I want to use the recurring transaction, as it has the narratives and account numbers already populated - at the moment this means I cannot create the bill from the In Tray (and have to just link the electronic copy of the invoice to the transaction after it has been created). It would be great if a recurring transaction could be created from the In Tray - so the invoice date, invoice number and amount are picked up from the imported document, and the account number and narrative are taken from the recurring transaction. thanks "Create new recurring transaction from In Tray"8KViews47likes12Comments

I think the Bank Feed feature is great but it has a big problem. When you go Find & Spend Money you can not select a RECURRING TRANSACTION. Therefore, you have to go out of Bank Feeds & Into Banking & Spend Money & process the transaction as we used to do it. That means you still need to PRINT off your bank statements for data entry. I thought the idea of Bank Feeds is that you could do away with paper bank statements & process Recurring Transactions on the Bank Feed screen. We are really not saving that much time with the Bank Feeds screen it would greatly improve productivity & stress if we could select Recurring Transactions in the Spend Money feature in Bank Feeds? Furthermore it would mean no more paper bank statements? Your feedback & votes would be appreciated as I am sure this affects all MYOB Users. At the moment you need to save a recurring template in local currency, and after pulling it into a new transaction, only then switch the currency. Please vote up if it's important for you to save and use recurring templates directly in foreign currency.6.3KViews29likes12Comments
