Problems with myaccount.myob.com can't choose account
Hi, I'm trying to log into myaccount.myob.com with our admin account to look at invoices and our billing details, but when I get this prompt on the screen, selecting either account and press "Go to my account" does nothing. The prompt just stares back at me. I have tried Edge, Chrome & Firefox, they all do the same thing. getting into my.moyb.com.au is fine, but only shows up the one account. When emailing a large group of statements 60 or more AccountRight will only show 10 or 15 emails in sent emails. There are no indicators to say emails were "rejected, marked as spam, or bounced, or pending". Customers contact us to say they are not receiving statements when we send every week. I tried sending small groups of 20 or less and MYOB will only select randomly approximately 8 shown as sent. When sending statements for a supermarket chains to one email address MYOB will only select a handfull of maybe 4 when all stores (40 plus) in the group have the same email adress. I checked our internet speed and we have 54 mbps download and 18 upload which is a fast service. We have a client that was using MYOB for payroll at the beginning of 2023-24 FY and they have not finalised their EOFY STPs. When I go in to their MYOB to finalise them it is asking for us to connect to the ATO, however they now use another payroll platform so if we connect it will affect the other link to the ATO for the other platform. Hi, We have a credit bank feed setup from 1st July however it will not let me connect it to the bank account because it has a previously used bank feed that was cancelled by a previous employee. How do I allocate the current bank feed to the correct account? I have attached a pdf of the two accounts. Hope that makes sense?
