Being limited to approximately 256 characters for invoice and statement Email Message text is not friendly. I would like to include a lot more detail in the Email message area for statements and invoices. 1000+ characters would be nice. Another feature that would be nice would be to have; 30 day, 60 day and 90 day Email statement templates (email message content). i.e. when performing a statement run if you have a 30 day, 60 day and 90 daytemplate in the system, any clients with monies outstanding in the 90 day column automatically receives the 90 day email template, people with monies over 60 and under 90 get the 60 day email template etc.Obviously the 90 day template would be informing the client that we are about start getting verynasty. 60 day template would signify that we are terminating services, and30 day template would be requesting that the account be paid promptly. When generating statements up to a particular date (e.g end of last month) MYOB provides a useful tickbox option - "Only included statements up to invoice date". However, you don't honour the "Include customers with zero balance" tickbox in concert with the previous option. i.e. you still list all these zero balance statements on the basis of the fact that the actual balance of the account is not zero (because of invoice(s) AFTER the specified date). When producing (print/email) an activity statement which has a cheque refund of a credit within the data set, the cheque refund does not show on the printout. I have checked that the system has correctly recorded the credit and the date and bank account entered. However all these seem to be correct. Please fix so all relevant money in/out of a customers account is shown on the statement to avoid confusion! Would it be possible to add a column to the Activity (&/or Invoice) Statement Form for "Amount of Invoice"? At the moment there is a "Ref No" column but nowhere to let the receiver know how much the Invoice attached to the Ref No is. I think they need to know the amount so that they can check that the amounts they have entered into thier system matches the amounts for which they have been invoiced. A column between "Description" and "Payments" should work. "Extra column to Statements"1.6KViews2likes0CommentsDue dates on statements
Please add the functionality of including invoice due dates on customer statements. I know it is on each invoice but I think it is useful for customer AP teams to have it clearly on the statement as well. I know there are work arounds but they simply create more manual work for my team. Thanks
