Invalid Fingerprint (100014)

I have downloaded MYOB Accountright onto my new computer and uploaded my company file, an error message of Invalid Fingerprint (100014) keeps coming up and I'm unable to log in. 

Would anyone know how I'm able to fix this?

    I see that you're encountering an "Invalid Fingerprint (100014)" error after installing MYOB Accountright on your new computer. This usually means there's a hiccup with your computer's security settings.

    To fix the “Invalid Fingerprint (100014)” error in MYOB AccountRight, close the program and download the AccountRight Hotfix Tool from MYOB’s support page. Extract and run the tool as an administrator, apply the hotfix to your company file, and then reopen AccountRight.
