AccountRight/New Essentials API – 500/504 errors and reduced performance

Products: AccountRight/New Essentials API
We are aware that users may be experiencing ongoing issues with the AccountRight/New Essentials API around increased error rates, predominately 500/504 errors. We have also seen cases of reduced performance.
Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and deploying changes to help mitigate those situations and minimize the impact.
