Error: "Unable to perform Online Confirmation
Hi, I started recieving the following error message yesterday, after using the NZ Payroll Software for ages:
Error: "Unable to perform Online Confirmation at this time.Please try again later or contract MYOB Customer service for assistance."
Can anyone provide a solution? I've checked with IT and there are no virus scanner, fairwall issues. They suggest it's ssl certificate error/mismatch on MYOB's side?
Fortunately, the payroll sftware is still working as expected.

Update: Confirmation code provided
