Display screen

I am in Business Lite (in Bank rec screen) and I have lost the vertical menu, the print size is now oversize. How can I reset to original settings. I must have done something, but I don't know what.

  • Hi Adrian

    Thank you for your reply.

Display settings on my laptop haven't changed, as this is only happening in MYOB.

The only way I can see my vertical menu is via the 3 horizontal lines to the left of "myob" word at the top left hand corner of my screen.

It is making very difficult to work.

  • Hi Stephen_Batley - thanks for your question. This seems very odd! It sounds like the display settings on your computer have changed. Also, make sure the vertical menu hasn't accidentally been collapsed - you can click the arrow button shown here to expand and collapse the menu.

If the problem continues, reach out to MOCA, MYOB's virtual assistant, at myob.com/support for deeper assistance. If MOCA can't resolve the issue, the live chat team is available to provide further help.

    Hi Stephen_Batley

This may require further investigation to make sure we're on the same path. If you can just send a screenshot of the window you are referring to, that would be great! Just make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

      Hi Doreen

      Thank you for your response.

Discovered that I accidently had the "Control" button pressed when using the mouse scroll button and the font magically increases.

Didn't know of this, just another windows trick I didn't know.

Anyway, all solved and again thank you.

      Regards.
