Online payments - displaying fees

I have just set up online payments and can see that the fees are calculated when the customer goes to pay but I can't see where the fee (ie the % is explained on the invoice) - ie giving them the heads up.  Is there some way for this to be displayed.  I'm guessing we can manually add a comment to cover it but just wondering if the system can be set up to display it automatically - any suggestions/solutions?  Thank you.

    When setting up online payments, the surcharging details (like the percentage fee) are shown to the customer when they click to pay the invoice online. However, the software doesn't automatically display the surcharge information directly on the invoice itself.

    As you mentioned, you could manually add a note on the invoice to inform your customers about the online payment fees before they click to pay. However, there's no current system setting to automatically include the fee breakdown on the invoice.
