Partner and staff access
Hi, we have the partner program with MYOB accountright & in the past when we go into MyMyob we have been able to give staff members access to a file that has invited us in on our generic email. I cant get this to work anymore. Attached is how I ask a client to invite us in, which is what we used in the past & then i would go into MyMyob and grant access to my staff. THe file does not come up under MyMyob so I can give access. If I login like normal under our generice email, I can get access only. We do not want to give staff access to only one email and do not want clients inviting staff in indivually for security reasons. Can you please advise how do we fix this & if we have to invite in another way?
