Hi User2018,
I totally get how important it is for you to still be able to access your file even after you've closed your business. Just a heads up, we don't currently have a feature that lets you view your file after cancellation for MYOB Advanced. A good workaround could be to print or save any reports you might need as a backup before you close your file. You could also take a system snapshot, but keep in mind that these are version-specific. So, if you need to check out the data later, you'll have to download a local install of the same version as the snapshot, which could be a bit of a hassle.
