NZ Classic & Tax

Is any one else having issues with the NZ tax upgrade, The date has been moved out a number of times and at this rate we will be lucky to get any tax notices to clients as no IRD data for 3 weeks now and no contact from MYOB at all, Assume we will all get a months free subscriptions as unable to use product.

  • I have just done the AO Classic tax update and on opening AO Classic an error message comes up (202/Invalid path or file name).

     

    Rang help line but they couldn't help and fobbed me off to the nz tax help line which, like you encountered, is out of hours!  So tomorrow no one can use AO Classic til I can get hold of someone at MYOB.

      In the MYOBAO\Data folder on your network drive are three files named CADATA.

       

      Delete these. That will force a reindex on your Data files (Make sure you have a recent back up of your Data before your do this).

       

      Other things to note are to have your User Account Control set to never notify as that can affect it to.
