Expected income tax refunds

Question

In Practice Tax a filed tax return creates an assessment and a refund.&nbsp; The IRD assessment includes interest and penalties and there is now no refund due to the client.&nbsp; Data reconciliation will not let me delete the MYOB "refund" entry.&nbsp; Any ideas on how to get this removed - means clients sits in alerts for Data Reconciliation forever.
