Hi all,
Thank you for your patience about this matter. The team was aware of this and found a way to resolve the error. In order to get the latest SDK files, you will need to uninstall any existing NZ Payroll software and install the installer below. This installer will come with the latest SDK fileshttps://exo.myob.com/MYOBPayroll/EAP/2023.1/MYOBPayroll2023-1.exe
Please feel free to post again. I'm happy to assist further.

- Rebecca_Palmer2 years agoExperienced PartnerThank you so much for this post. I was expecting an email to let people know about this fix and it was by sheer fluke I've come across it tonight and run it through and can confirm the journals are now working again. Thank you.

My journals are posting now, but it is still asking for the password everytime I log in , so have just been cancelling that / selecting no.
everything else seeems to be fine, but will say that I also was expecting an email to advise of the fix and was a little bit worried to un install my payroll and re install just incase I lost everything ahaha.
