If I may ask, are you trying to pay the Annual leave used by your employee? Or your employee should not accrue Annual leave while on Parental leave? You may also refer to The Help Article Paying out annual leave for further information.

I have a NZ based employee who accrued annaul leave during her time on parental leave and am trying to follow the following help topic:
