Printing Payslips

is there anyway to batch print payslips to keep a hard copy as previously or do theyhave to be done individually

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    With the new payroll upgrade, our way of printing pay slips per batch or per pay period is by exporting a pay run summary report. This report will display the payroll information from the previous pay runs for selected employees. This can be found by going to Reporting menu> Reports> Payroll> Pay run summary. It can be exported either PDF or Excel. Giving you this helpful article, NZ Payroll upgrade which has all the detailed information to assist you with this.
