Hi Dianna,
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't gotten through with phone support for your tax issue. An alternative to waiting in the phone line is creating a case from the My Account page and receiving support that way. If the question does not require to be answered immediately, you can also post it here in the forum and users and moderators would be happy to help with what we can.
