T&C link is broken

The T&C link on this page for student trial - https://www.myob.com/au/students/education-trial is broken. 
Clicking on the link takes you to this broken page.
https://www.myob.com/content/dam/brand-uplift-2021/documents/myob-education-terms-and-conditions-22.pdf

Is there an updated T&C? We are in the process of checking services for students' use and would be great to have a look at the T&C related to students' use.

    My apologies for the late response. I've attempted to open the link MYOB Educational Trial, and it seems to be working fine for me. To troubleshoot, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and history. Alternatively, you could try opening it in a different browser. I hope this resolves the issue for you!
