Can't Print Receipts Again - MYOB AR
Hi Steve Can you please run the script on our file. Serial number *** 9460 Company File ID: 41 for some reason there are no options to send a PM? This has been going on for a long time now. Everytime the script is run it fixes it for that day and then we are unable to print receipts again. The only receipts we can print are the ones where the payment is allocated via bank feeds. Can you please escalate this for a permanent fix as we do not have time to get myob to run the script on a daily basis, we have to tell clients that we are unable to print receipts which is very unprofessional.
