Accountants Office Error Message
Hi, I'm getting an error message on MYOB AO when I go to open, and MYOB support is now closed for the day? Anyone know what tyo do to fix this? The message is: 1429/OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from DAL: The type initialiser for "MYOB.DAL.DALHELPER" through an exception. Program Section: createtmobject (line 20) Current Object: taxtmlink. Why does my AO profit and loss report start with Direct Cost first and not sales and Income. Hello, There is an individual client whom prefilled and done previous years without any problem. This year prefill gets error; System: MYOB AO Tax Version:2121.0 v 5.4.38.41 Error code: - Summary:Error saving downloaded prefill information. Detail:Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I searched previous tickets. There was a known issue for some cases but his situation does not fit. I need to change the configuration of a data file in AO. The client was AR but now Essentials. In the client tab, click Client Accounting I get the attached error and then the option to change (the left hand side bar) has disappeared. I am an administratior on the Essentials data file.
