Bills not getting exported from Dext/Receipt Bank- It always say MYOB service was temporarily unavailable
Hi, In regards to the subject matter, I had been in touch with DEXT Team, but they are saying the issue is due to MYOB The following reply was received from DEXT. Can you please confirm as I have a couple of clients using MYOB & Dext and we can lose them: Due to recent updates made by MYOB, there is an ongoing issue affecting some of their ecosystem partners, such as Dext. This means the problem requires MYOB engineering team to work closely with our engineering team otherwise we can't fix the problem ourselves. Hi all, We've just set up DEXT to integrate with our MYOB Business (AccountRight). It's been several years since we started using MYOB and staff have come and gone during that time so knowledge of the set up and MYOB product has been lost. When publishing from DEXT to MYOB, we have to select to publish to 'Service', 'Professional' or 'Miscellaneous' . From doing some research it looks like these are different layouts in MYOB. Where/how do we find in MYOB what layout we use - Service, Professional or Misc?
