Pay Superannuation: Delete or hide reversed paysuper payments
There is currently no way to hide or delete authorised (or approved) PaySuper transactions so ones that need to be amended will still show as partially authorised (if 2 authorisations required) "PaySuper - delete or hide reversed paysuper payments"87KViews605likes204CommentsPayroll: Pay Employee - Edit recorded payroll transactions (Editable payroll)
After payroll entries are recorded there is no way to edit any part of them. I understand this is to protect the integrity of the total etc but it also creates a ridiculous amount of work when somebody enters something slightly incorrectly. A few examples: * Payroll entries added on the wrong date have to be deleted and reentered even though this does not affect the total or the allocations of leave etc. When you have to do this for 100+ entries to move them one day forward this results in more work than running the payroll in the first place * When a job has been missed or misallocated, we need to delete and reenter the payroll entry. Most other transaction types can add jobs retrospectively, why not payroll? * If a payroll period is entered incorrectly the payroll entry needs to be deleted and reentered, again, this has no effect on the total, so why not make it editable? Please PLEASE consider making this change, it would save me hours fixing other people's silly mistakes! Thanks! Will we be able to use AccountRight to submit forms to the ATO with future updates of AccountRight? I expected that we'd be able to submit Tax File Number Declarations with the current release as the function was said to be in beta testing for at least the last 2 years. http://community.myob.com/t5/Staffing-Payroll/TFN-Declaration-Reports/td-p/20641 I've read the support note herehttp://myobaustralia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32250but it doesn't give any indication that it will be functional in this current release. It would be a very useful feature for anyone using myob as their payroll software. So, any updates? Liam.42KViews257likes93CommentsPayroll: Ability to remove categories used on timesheets
We use timesheets and then process the payroll from there. It would be most useful to be able to deselect a wage category from individuals when the category is no longer used. This is not possible - the message that appears states:- This wage category is used on timesheets for this employee and cannot be deselected. Even if the category is in previous payroll years it is still not able to be deselected. Your consideration in fixing this would be appreciated. Hi, Would be great if when you logged into MYOB it would tell you if someone has had a birthday. ie a Juniors pay rate then needs to be changed. Very frustration when you find out a staff member had a birthday a month agao and you need to then to a back pay for the increased rate of pay. I would like a feature to set up the payroll period eg. Pay week is Monday to Sunday, payday Tuesday etc. when the pay roll is run on Tuesday the dates for the payroll start and end dates would default to the previous monday and sunday, or what ever the user has set as being the start/end dates for the payweek. Could we get a "Total of All Funds", "Total of all Categories" etc field in the Superannuation Reports? So that it shows the total amount of the payment that will be required? I realise this figure is available on other reports, but it would be a useful option to have on all of them.18KViews121likes22CommentsForms: Pay slip - Employee Address field
MYOB (a couple of versions ago) used to include the Employee's address field in the payslip template. I am required to mail payslips to employees and am reduced to hand addressing envelopes instead of folding into window envelopes. I know many people receive their payslips via email and this is an excellent feature, however, there are still people who want/need their slips in hardcopy. Please add the employee address field back into the payslip template. "Employee name and address on pay slips"18KViews46likes28Comments
