Setup: Ability for advisors to invite users
Hello, as a bookkeeping business we are often requested by our clients accountants to give them access to the files. At the moment only the Administrator can give access...given that we are advisors it would be more than handy to be able to do this as by the time I talk or email my client on how to do this (all unbillable unfortunately) I could have done it myself in a split second. Please, please, please Thank you :)
Sales template edit
Having migrated to BusinessLite from AccountRight, we are now unable to use our previous sales invoice template or properly edit the BusinessLite sales invoice template to fit with our letterhead and company details. To be honest, it looks pretty bad. We’d prefer to revert to a scenario where we can edit out (where necessary) and re size boxes to suit our needs. This is a pretty fundamental need if MYOB is interested in providing a relatively simple/orderly transition to BusinessLite. We have been with MYOB for many years, so we’d like some help with this please. Thanks.
Templates: Include Job number on invoices
I'm looking for an update that will add the project information to your invoice. This would allow your customer with multiple jobs to clearly understand which project the invoice belongs to. We assign task, clients and job in the MYOB data, and assign these in the invoice fields but they do not appear on the printed invoice. Really need a fix for this ASAP. Would also Like to see more flexibility & set templates options for invoices so we don't issue boring accounting like invoices! "Job details on Invoices"
Sales: Email - Select from different email common templates
I would like to be able to select from a number of different pre-saved email templates when sending invoices. I often re-send overdue invoices to customers as a reminder - it would be nice if I could select an 'overdue invoice' template for the email when doing so, rather than needing to re-enter the message text every time I do this. The current behavior allows only one template, which I find rather restrictive. "Multiple email templates for invoices"
Setup: Large screen resolution to use full width
I run in high resolution (3840x2160) and find it rather annoying that MYOB is trying to fit everything into a narrow width (looks like it is probebly 1024 pixels wide) it would be much nicer if it scaled to the screen width. Is there a way to make MYOB use the full width of the screen? See attachment for example where it is really obviuos. This is a nice feature where MYOB opens the file in split screen so you can refer to it and transfer into into MYOB but since it only uses less than 1/3rd of my screen width I cant read it, making it useless. I end up closing the nice split panel feature in myob, putting myob on half my screen (so it at least uses 70% of that) and opening the pdf in a second window sat next to myob window so I can actually see them both. Setup: Ability to enter transactions in a different currency (multi-currency)
Is there any plan to bring multi-currency to the new Essentials range? The direct competitors both have options for this whereas MYOB only has it on AccountRight Premier as far as I can tell. Thanks "Multi currency in LiveAccounts / Essentials?"Dashboard: Fully customisable
It would be great if we couldl customise the Dashboard in Essentials to show information that is relevant to the particular user logged in.
