Browser: MYOB web pay allocation to jobs
We use Job as departments. I've noticed that when processing pays in the web-based MYOB Accountright, we are now able to allocate the pay/super etc to different Jobs. That is EXCELLENT. However in staff setup, only one Job is allowed to be allocated. Suggest to be able to set multiple jobs in the staff payroll settings so that it's automatically populated when processing pays.1.2KViews4likes0Comments
Browser: Sales Order
We have had to stop using AccountEdge and are now on AccountRight. We have desktop Macs. Were told we only had to launch the file and then use through the Browser. The PROBLEM with that is it becomes Essentials and does not allow us to view or enter a Sales Order. We NEED this function to enter an order and add a deposit. We custom make furniture and only Invoice when the product is ready to install or deliver. Can be 4-6 weeks in between and with Victorian covid lockdowns even longer!! You need URGENTLY to add the feature back in that let you add in a line in quoting !! Please do this urgently as it is a basic feature that was there before the update that I used all the time and is now not available. The new web browser in Account Right should include the Memo column to search for invoices like the desktop version currently does. Otherwise you can only search by customer PO. You should also be able to search the memo field for words like the current desktop version.713Views3likes2Comments
Browser: Pay Items enhancement request
With the move to STP2 can I request MYOB to add a more information box in our pay items (and maybe beyond this area only) so that we can make notes when to use certain pay items. This would be very usefull especially for unusual items such as Lum Sum E, termination payments etc as these dont get used much and we forget when to use them and under what criteria.628Views0likes0Comments
Browser: Contact Log for Customers Account Right Web Version
There is currently no where to record customer contact other than the customer profile under notes. I use the contact log for chasing up unpaid invoices. Would actually be nice to have a way to add notes into the activity history on the actual invoice. Alternatively can you incorporate a contact log under the customer profile. I refer to using the Account Right on the web version. Thanks
