Limit User Access for Pay Information
Hi there! I have a similar issue to other users on this forum in relation to user access to payroll information. The issue is accounts staff having access to payroll information when reconciling bank accounts. Regardless of whether they do not have access to payroll records, they are able to view names and pays for each staff member when reconciling accounts. Has a work around been devised YET for this huge oversight on MYOB's behalf??? User or managment advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Automatically print packing slips after inv
Hi How do you go about printing packing slips automatically after invoices for someone who doesnt have Administrator rights. I have read all of the posts already and I do know about the Setup-Preferences-Sales - and tick the 2nd box down. But he does not have access to this screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Limit User access to reports within a specific date range
I want to allow LIVE, READ ONLY USER ACCESS to the MYOB accountright cloud file for the purpose of due diligence. As the file has 9 financial years of data, can I LIMIT ACCESS TO A DATE RANGE. For example the last 3 FY's only, or a specified date range for them to generate and download reports?
