Payslip emails not sending - possible blacklisted email addresses?
Good afternoon MYOB support, I tried sending this post under the wrong category (NZ Payroll) and it was marked as spam, so I will try here. Our payslips are randomly not sending. Each week, different employees are not receiving their payslip. There appears to be no obvious pattern to the email domains or email addresses not showing up in the Sent Emails screen. Those employees not listed in that screen are reporting that they are not receiving their emails. This has happened ever since we started our new data file in August 2023. My email address is one of those affected. Is it possible that email addresses are randomly blacklisted by MYOB each week? I am having issues with emails not sending again today. Had the same issue with pay slips not recieved by several employees last week, and thought this was resolved. Today only some of the payslips were able to be sent and invoice emails were not able to be sent either regardless of domain. HI There, I am trying to customise our payslips. when doing a new payslip away from the default the decimal places in $ symbol go beyond 2 decimal points, and the $ symbol is removed. I have an employee to which I can send direct emails and get responses but his payslips from MYOB are bouncing back. We have liaised with the employee and their email address is correct and they are able to receive emails from our work emails. The below is the message that we have received: Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.5.0 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302). Last week we upgraded to 2020.1 and then did a wages run. On one of the categories (ADO taken) it shows as negative entitlements on several of the payslips. When I look at the individual employees" entitlements it seems that the YTD figure has imported into the payslip rather than the total amount. As we have had to close our business due to COVID-19 many of our staff have elected to use their entitlements to keep them going. It would be great if we could solve this problem so that when they receive their payslip on Wednesday it shows their true entitlement and doesn't scare them by showing a negative entitlement.
