Print/Email Pay slips: Allow for PDF creation
Hi, I would like to have the ability to save a pay slip as a PDF as I do not send the payslip via email to employees from the MYOB platform. All payslips are saved to my CutePDF printer and emailed at a later time. Saving to the Cute PDF printer is time comsuming and fiddly. In Tray: Attach Invoice Document Directly from Purchase Window
The In Tray functionality for purchases was a great addition and is extremely useful. I'd like to suggest being able to attach the invoice to a Purchase directly from the Edit Purchase window. Currently, if I'm editing a purchase and notice that no invoice has been attached, I can't just click an"Upload File" button. I need to exit the purchase, go to In Tray, Add Document, Link to Existing Bill, find the original Purchase I was working on and then link the uploaded document. It would be extremely useful to avoid all of these extra steps and just have a one-click upload feature, similar to the Unlink button you already provide in the Edit Purchase window.3.5KViews17likes3Comments
Sales: Ability to copy data from generated PDF
In past versions of MYOB we could extract text such as delivery address, line items, invoice number from the MYOB PDF invoices .. eSale.PDF..this was used by our inhouse courier tracking system. Since upgrading to AccountRight that has stopped working because AccountRight produces PDF in Raster/Image format with no text other than the page number can be extracted. So bring back full text in the PDF. AccountRight has broken our tracking system and costing a lot of labour hours doing this manually now. "PDF Text Extraction Missing from AccountRight.
