Sales: Invoice number included in PDF name

I wish the Invoice PDF name had the Invoice number in it. This would make it easier for us to manage these in our email system.

    Are you meaning you want the invoice number in the subject line when being emailed, because if so this is avalaible, it is the email set up under preferences - there is a box to tick.

    Hi,

     

    It would be brilliant if the actual attachment PDF file could be named "Invoice #xxx123 from Company Name".

     

    Similarly for payslips and remittances, could relevant information please be included in the PDF attachment name.

    We are pleased to say this feature is now available in version 2013.2.

    Hello Bobby. Version 2013, is our new platform created to support AccountRight Live. It is currently only available for AccountRight Basics, Standard and Plus. It is not available for Premier yet, but Premier will be available on the new platform in future. When this occurs the invoice attachments will have the invoice number.
