Payslip emails not sending - possible blacklisted email addresses?
Good afternoon MYOB support, I tried sending this post under the wrong category (NZ Payroll) and it was marked as spam, so I will try here. Our payslips are randomly not sending. Each week, different employees are not receiving their payslip. There appears to be no obvious pattern to the email domains or email addresses not showing up in the Sent Emails screen. Those employees not listed in that screen are reporting that they are not receiving their emails. This has happened ever since we started our new data file in August 2023. My email address is one of those affected. Is it possible that email addresses are randomly blacklisted by MYOB each week? Hi team, Re have recently been getting lots of bounced invoiced being sent from AccountRight (not via Outlook). Some return the diagnostic code of "Rejected", but today's bounce message shows: Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Mail from <198.2.137.12> was refused due to the sender IP found in ERS-DUL. For details, query the IP reputation on https://servicecentral.trendmicro.com/en-US/ers/. Can someone at MYOB get Mandrillapp to get their server/s removed from the Dial-Up List? Email Undeliverable | Bouncing Back | Diagnostic Code Rejected Emails sent from AccountRight are bouncing back from "bounce@apps.myob.com". Email says " Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful". Diagnostic-Code: rejected This is happening for multiple clients trying to send use emails from the MYOB platform send to address: anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au https://community.myob.com/t5/AccountRight-Sales-and-purchases/Email-Undeliverable-Bouncing-Back-Dia... I have read the comment on this link I believe you need to do a white list in the MYOB system our email address, as our system, doesnt seem to detect the inbound and reject it. This fault is singular fault to this partiular email anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au for now we have created a work around by creating new email address zanaconda.invoices@srg.com.au that redirects to anaconda.invoices@srg.com.au.. HELP, please white list us? you my have blocked us as our system sends auto replies.
