Hi JM05126,
If you had upgraded one computer and tried to access the same company file on another machine, you would receive a prompt advising you need to upgrade.
To obtain the update on all computers select your Start menu > All programs > MYOB AccountRight. Next select to register for updates and then navigate back to the same area and choose check for updates.
I recommend having a read over our support note updating multiple computers using AccountRight 2013.2
Lastly you can also obtain the updates by signing into http://my.myob.com.au and select My products > Downloads.
