Hi Heathergrace,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with installing the latest update.
If you have gone through the Download and Install process, it is possible that the new version has already been installed on your computer and that you may still be using your previous version to open the file.
Could you therefore please go to Start >> All Programs and check if you have MYOB AccountRight V2013.3 listed in the installed programs.
If not listed, you could follow the notes in the following Support Note to access and install the update.
