If you are still experiencing issues upgrading your online file please send me a private message through the forum including your serial number and I will ask one of the team to look into this for you.
You can send me a private message by clicking on my username and then selecting Send this user a private message on the right. You can also access the Private Messenger by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of any forum page next to the My Settings link.
